Transl Androl Urol, 2016;5(S1) tau.amegroups.com Compared with the control group, the quantity of MDA was increased and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were decreased in diabetic group (P<0.05) while GSPE could reverse the changes of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px. Conclusions: GSPE could ameliorate diabetic bladder dysfunction which may be associated with its antioxidant activities.
